Will this be the newest SMBC member? Rob and Eric picked up an ‘85 Rebel 250 for Eric. They stopped by for some help with replacing a broken turn signal stalk. Rob was riding the bike with Eric following in the car. It’s not quite ready for unlimited riding… the front brake rotor is below minimum thickness (3.15 mm vs the 3.5 ~ 4.0 that it should be) and the front brake seems to be sticking.
They left to take the bike to a shop for front brake work after some cleaning and polishing… and working turn indicators.
