Searching for the Gate

This is the last Sunday ride before daylight savings ends so I thought I’d take the opertunity to snap a picture of the almost rising sun over Highway 82. Next week it will be light at this hour.
In December I don’t expect the weather will be quite as nice.

After breakfast Bob, AKA Major WWWobble, followed me on a slightly circuitous route to Alice’s. See the map, below. After wondering where all the bikes were on a beautiful Sunday morning I left to find the gate (there is always a gate) on Star Hill Rd. I’d never been on the road, so hadn’t a clue as to its condition. WWWoble decided to follow as long as the pavement didn’t end.
